Hello wise humans!
How would you live your life differently,
if you knew everyone could read your mind?
When I was quite young, I could hear my angelic guides. They would often answer my unspoken questions, and they would frequently provide me with supportive and inspirational insights, tips, and good ideas. Usually, what I'd hear from them made good sense immediately, but there have been some messages they've relayed that surprised me very much at the time. One such surprising message came through to me when I was quite young, and I heard something that was pretty much exactly the opposite of what my parents said. What my angelic guides told me is, "Everyone can read your mind."
My guides had such an excellent track record that I believed them. They also showed me that I could read what other people were thinking, so I decided to live my life in accordance with this simple yet world-shaking idea: "Everyone can read your mind." From that moment forward, I was mindful of every thought I entertained, with awareness that it could--and would--transmit. I wouldn't have been an unusually deceptive person, most likely, but this concept that my mind was an open book was definitely a different way to grow up than what pretty much everyone else seemed to be doing. Exceptions of course include plants and animals, who seem to be generally quite clear on the concept that of course everyone can read everyone else's minds. Because this became my foundational way of life, I don't have a way to compare and contrast who I might have become if I'd not lived in accordance with this idea. But it seems obvious to me that this simple idea profoundly transformed me. It's like I was raised both in a regular human family—and raised by angels, too!
Law of Attraction and Animal Communication
By now, many of us who've been spiritual seekers are pretty clear on the concept of the so-called "Law of Attraction." We understand that wen we are feeling angry, agitated, ungrounded and upset, we are more likely to run into a variety of setbacks, frustrations, and annoyances. Many of us have experienced how individually we are each capable of changing our vibratory frequency to a higher level of gratitude, reverence, love, and bliss in order that we might experience our best possible day.
Those of us who have pets or young children get extra opportunities for additional clarity in experiencing the way our energy fields are constantly being read. We can see a difference between how our pets and/or children behave on days when we are feeling grounded, relaxed, and happy compared with days when we're stressed or out of sorts. There can be a pretty big difference!
Our pets and children are capable of reading our entire energyfield, comprising everything from the top of our heads to the tips of our toes. It's not just what we think we are trying to telepathically transmit that gets picked up--we are essentially broadcasting full spectrum bandwidth. Experts who routinely practice animal communicaton are experienced in aligning their heads, hearts and guts to transmit consistent, clear messages. Part of their expertise involves knowing that they are constantly sending internally consistent informational messages.
I've had numerous experiences of meeting a dog for the first time and instantly making a clear connection and good rapport, to the degree that other people have exclaimed how extraordinary that was to see the dog behaving perfectly and following my soft vocal commands and occasional hand and body indications upon our first meeting. This rapport can be viewed in stark contrast with the efforts of others, where the dog ignored commands issued by others. I initiate some of this rapport with eye contact, and some with vocalization, but I feel the greatest component of this communication is always clarity of focus on my relationship with the canine--with clean alignment within myself, such that what I'm visualizing in my mind is what I feel love for in my heart, and expectation for success in my gut. In some cases, I am able to instantly think a command to the dog I've met for the first time with clearly pictured thought, visualizing my expectation of the dog's behavior, and the dog instantly responds. People who are still struggling to find such rapport with their pets or young children can benefit from awareness that their pets and children are always reading their minds, hearts, and guts.
Put more simply, everyone is telepathic. Everyone is engaged in full body communication with reality in every moment. While most of this communication is happening below or above conscious awareness, we can become aware of it, and practice working with it every day.
If you have a pet or young child, you have an advantage in practicing listening deeply, and experiencing deepening levels of rapport. When we had a family dog, I enjoyed taking our dog for walks, and anytime there was an opportunity to practice walking on a beam, jumping over a fallen tree, or other such interesting activities, I would send the pictures of us doing those things for the first time as we approached the new possible activity area. Our family dog loved to learn these new tricks, and excelled at them. I frequently communicated telepathically with our do, in addition to occasional small hand movements or spoken commands, and we got a chance to try out our telepathic teamwork one day when I took him to a local dog jog event. While the dog jog itself was not remarkable, I was so proud of our dog's ability to do things he'd never done before at the dog agility course they'd set up after the dog jog. He successfully jumped through a tire, and ran through a collapsed parachute, as well as walked up inclined planes on ramps, balanced on balance beams, and jumped over hurdles.
How to Listen
Communication is a two way street, consisting of both sending and receiving information. While we often focus primarily on what we're sending, this newfound awareness that we're always sending can free up a lot of thinking bandwidth, once we're okay with the fact that there are no secrets any more. The primary task then becomes receiving, and honing our listening skills.
For those of us who'd like to improve our listening abilities, especially once we become aware that everyone is psychic, and we're transmitting from the fullness of ourselves all the time, the observation that Tony Bell makes that "there is no noise" can come in particularly handy.
There is No Noise
A natural phenomenon known as “stochastic resonance” demonstrates that noise can actually aid coherence, which seems a bit counter-intuitive. Typically, when we envision attempting to make sense of what someone is whispering to us across a table, we don’t imagine we would hear the message more clearly if we were seated at out table situated outside at a noisy cafe. Yet numerous scientific studies confirm that background noise can be helpful in this way. Tony Bell describes how we can see evidence that “there is no noise” in background processes in biological systems, and emphasizes, “Biological order comes from information flows, up and down levels via emergence and submergence.” Our brains consists of networks of neurons, open to the environment, that communicate among themselves and also through the networks of synapses they are composed of, which in turn communicate through networks of floppy macromolecules. The reason that our bodies can function so well in what at first seems to be a potentially cacophonic din of information exchange is that while there are no levels in biological systems that autonomously compute, there do exist mesoscopic junctions. Bell points out that the main operational principle in our brains and in all living matter is the existence of level switching networks, coordinating exchanges of emergent and submergent information.

When we wish to know more about what we're hearing from subconscious and superconscious levels, we can practice relaxing and receiving such information while simultaneously doing some activity to busy our rational, analytical mind. I find that my intuitive skills are heightened when I'm busy solving a puzzle, playing a game, watching birds flitting from tree to tree, going on a walk, or doing simple chores. Intuitive insights of a telepathic nature seem to arrive softly and gently in such circumstances, and they can provide me with tips on how I can best relate to the person I'm about to talk to, as well as starting out better appreciating how they're feeling and what they need that I can best assist with at that time.

Have you seen The Telepathy Tapes? They're on Spotify, YouTube .. they have a website that has a trailer for the movie they're producing. Nonverbal or barely verbal autistic kids are communicating telepathically. They can hear primary caregivers' thoughts and each others. They convene on a frequency called The Hill. There can be 1700 of them on the Hill at the same time. Last week The Telepathy Tapes dropped a track about telepathy with animals.
They're very well-produced, and I highly recommend listening!
Thanks Cynthia! What a great article.....I wish more people would believe all this, especially about pets. I have proved this time and again with all the cats in my life, and more especially with people as I've got older and have taken the time to really tune in. Now it's second nature. Wish I knew this years ago but its never too late to learn!
